EUREMA sa (European Real Estate Management Activities) is a private real estate company founded in Brussels, Belgium in 1994.
EUREMA is the expert in furnished accommodation in Brussels.
EUREMA specialises in the letting of apartments of high quality and comfort in prime residential locations in Brussels, within easy reach of the European Institutions, various international organisations, the public transport network and the airport, public services, banks and shops.
EUREMA mostly lets furnished apartments in modern buildings developed over the last 15 years by its parent company, BDM sa, and now owned by investors. These include studio flats and 1, 2 or 3-bedroom apartments, with or without storage and parking spaces. EUREMA also lets a number of other apartments and houses, furnished and unfurnished, and office space. EUREMA is also involved in the sale of BDM’s apartments and acts as building manager (syndic) once the apartment buildings have been completed and sold.
