Private property management
Since 1994 we have been managing the private property owned by our clients.
This relieves the owners of the everyday management of their property. We take care of the drafting and signing of leases, the organisation of visits by prospective tenants, the check-in/check-out procedures and inventories, the annual indexation of rents, the renewal of leases, the periodical statements of charges, the routine maintenance of property, etc.
The owners are also relieved of any contact with their tenants. We provide periodical account statements to the owners; we collect the rents on their behalf and, after payment of charges, pay them the balance.
